Lite+100 rail

The basis for superb modular sliding door systems.

Sliding door rail Lite+100 is suitable for wooden or glass sliding doors up to 100 Kg. The rail is made of high quality aluminum and, in combination with KLEIN-Europe® maintenance-free suspension systems(SuperiororRetrac), ensures many years of trouble-free use. We therefore offer a 5-year warranty for all our KLEIN-europe® systems.

The Lite+100 rail comes in different versions:

	Mounting to the (solid) ceiling – Standard. Suitable for wooden and glass sliding doors up to 100 Kg. Thanks to the stylish and sleek design of the rail, it is not necessary to conceal it behind a cove. Separate end plates are available for the ends of the rail.
	Installation in suspended ceiling Top. This version of the track is specially made to be concealed in the false ceiling. Suitable for wooden or glass sliding doors (max 100 Kg).
	Wall mounting – Wall. In addition to the Standard Lite+100 rail, you will receive a long wall bracket for mounting the rail on the wall. The Wall version is also suitable for wooden or glass sliding doors up to 100 Kg. It is possible to have the sliding door 6 mm away from the wall, but in case skirting and/or architraves have to be taken into account, it is also possible to choose a wall bracket that leaves 17 mm space between wall and door. Separate end plates are available for the ends of the rail.

Lite+100 rail is available in 4 different lengths:

• 200 cm
• 300 cm
• 400 cm
• 600 cm

The Lite+100 rail can be shortened to the desired size.

Are you going for sleek black or the classic silver rail? The Lite+100 sliding door rail is available in both colors in all versions.

Matching suspension sets for the Lite+100 rail for wooden door panels

• Retrac suspension set: this suspension set is mounted in the door leaf. This has the advantage that there is minimal space between the door panel and the rail.
• Superior Suspension set : this suspension set is mounted on the door leaf and is therefore easy to install. With this suspension set we do recommend finishing the sliding door system with a finishing strip, since there is more space between the door and the rail.

Both suspension sets are also available with soft close/open (KSC)!

Small Soft Closing (KSC) is our advanced hydraulic dampened soft close. The softclose has multiple springs that ensure optimal softclose performance. Even in most demanding conditions, the softclose lasts an incredibly long time, so your softclose will last you for years.

The softclose provides smooth braking of the door whether it is opened or closed. Available for wood or glass doors.

Matching suspension kit for the Lite+100 rail for glass door panels

The lite+100 rail is suitable for door panels made of both glass and wood. If a glass door panel is chosen, it is important to add the appropriate glass clamps to the sliding door system for this purpose(Set Lite Glass+100). It is also possible to get a soft close (KSC) with the suspension set for this as well.
